ISLAMABAD: French Foreign Minister Bernard Kouchner is arriving in Islamabad on Tuesday (today).
While confirming the visit of French Foreign Minister Bernard Kouchner, Foreign Office said that French President Nicolas Sarkozy called President Musharraf and informed him about the visit of French Foreign Minister Bernard Kouchner.
This is the first visit of French Foreign Minister Bernard Kouchner to Pakistan. During his visit, he will meet his counterpart Inam ul Haq besides other leaders of PPP to express his condolence over the tragic death of Benazir Bhutto. Well-placed Sources told Online that French Foreign Minister Bernard Kouchner is expected to meet President Musharraf and Caretaker PM Muhammadmian Soomro.—Agencies
