Outsiders have settled in Sindh: Bashir Khan Qureshi

SUKKUR: The Chairman of Jeay Sindh Qaumi Mahaz (JSQM), Bashir Khan Qureshi after offering condolence on the sad demise of the mother of District President of JSQM, Ghulam Mustafa Phulpoto on Tuesday said that the outsiders have settled in Sindh, due to which Sindhis have been counted in minority.
He said that Sindhi nation has opposed such act and has demanded of the government to take immediate action in the matter, otherwise a movement will be started.

A protest demonstration was recorded
by the residents of Shikarpur railway
crossing against alleged atrocities of police and a doctor of Civil Hospital, Dr. Altaf Shaikh outside the Press Club Sukkur on Tuesday.
Addressing on the occasion, the leaders including, Hazoor Bux Chauhan, Manzoor Ali, Shoukat Ali, Liaquat Ali and alleged that doctor Altaf Shaikh has lodged a fake theft case against their mother, who has been arrested by the Abad Police. On the occasion, the protestors demanded of the authorities to take immediate action in the matter, otherwise they have threatened to gear-up their protest level.

appointed as Regional
Director Colleges Sukkur
The Education Department Sindh through a notification has appointed Principal of Agha Nizamudin Girls Degree College, Shahida Pirzado as Regional Director of Colleges of Sukkur.
While former Regional Director Colleges Sukkur, Qamarudin Farooqui has been ordered to report at Secretariat.

favors impeachment of President
Senator, Dr. Khalid Mehmood Soomro while addressing a condolence meeting on sad demise of JUI leader, Gulzar Ahmed Junejo on Tuesday at Old Sukkur favored the impeachment of President, Pervez Musharraf. He added that President has carried his wrong policies for several years, which can not be forgotten. On the occasion, Moulana Muhammad Murad Halejivi, Abdul Qayoom Halejivi, Abdul Haq Mahar, Ubedullah Bhutto and others were also present.

A team has been established on the orders of Taluka City Nazim, Naeem Ahmed Siddiqui for cleanliness of the region. The team has removed heaps of garbage from different areas to provide people a pleasant environment on the eve of Independence Day.
