Police
claim to arrest notorious criminal after shootout

HALA: The Khandu police claimed to arrest a
notorious criminal of the province, Razu Khoso
after meeting an encounter with him.
In this regard, the In-charge, Khandu police
post, ASI, Nooruddin Mallah while giving a briefing
to the journalists said that Razu Khoso is wanted
in many cases and they had managed to arrest
him, when he was going with his companions and
had recovered a large number of bullets and
weapons.
Meanwhile, the arrested man, Razu Khoso said
that he is not a criminal and the police have
arrested him, when he allegedly refused to give
them money.
On the occasion, he demanded of the authorities
to conduct an impartial inquiry into the matter.
Tail-end growers of Char mines protest against
acute
water shortage
A protest demonstration was held and a sit-in
protest was observed by the tail-end growers
of Char Mines under the leadership of Haji Amir
Bux, Lala Rahu, Muhammad Bux Nizamani and others
against the acute water shortage in their branch.
Talking to newsmen, the protesting growers alleged
that the irrigation officials are demanding
bribe from them for the release of irrigation
water in their branch.
On the occasion, they demanded of the concerned
authorities for release of sufficient water
in their branch.
