Karachi: The World’s Largest Business Technology Leadership Magazine, CIO (Chief Information Officer), launched its local edition at a conference organized for the local industry at the local hotel in Karachi. The first edition of the local magazine received positive reviews from the audience and industry critics and key addresses were made by Raza Haroon, Sindh IT Minister, Rishi Jaitly from Google Inc, Dilawar Abbas Syed, President of OPEN Silicon Valley and Margaret Adam from IDC. Members from the industry also engaged in an interactive panel discussion at the end of the program, highlighting challenges and issues faced by Pakistan in the domestic as well as the global marketplace.
