KHAIRPUR: A notorious criminal namely, Jinsar Lund surrendered himself before th DPO Khairpur, Ghulam Nabi Memon on Wednesday.
DPO Khairpur, Ghulam Nabi Memon while addressing a press conference at his office on Wednesday said that a notorious criminal, Jinsar Lund has surrendered himself before him and within 15 days two notorious criminals have surrendered themselves. He claimed that with a month many notorious criminals will surrender themselves.
On the occasion, he assured provision of justice to all the criminals, if they surrender themselves. On the occasion, DPO Khairpur, Ghulam Nabi Memon announced Rs10, 000 for head constable, Abdul Ghafoor Wassan for motivating Jinsar Lund to surrender. Finally, he said that the patronizing criminals would be dealt with an iron hand.

Allowance issued to deserving people
District Zakat and Usher Committee has issued Guzara Allowance of Rs2, 54, 76, 000 to 8514 deserving people and Rs49, 74, 000 scholarship to 7,249 students of district on Wednesday.
In this regard, an open katchehry was held in the Auditorium of Naaz High School Khairpur. On the occasion, MNA, Syeda Nafeesa Shah was the chief guest.
Addressing on the occasion, Syeda Nafeesa Shah said that the PPP is the party of the masses, which has always supported poor people and soon Benazir Bhutto Card Scheme will be started and through this scheme more than 3.5 million poor people will get Rs1000 grant every month and Rs5, 000 will be granted to unemployed youth through Benazir Bhutto Youth Programme. She further said that the conspiracies are being hatching against the PPP government but with the support of the people these conspiracies will be failed.
