PESHAWAR: Keeping in view the recent wave of terrorism and threats of suicide attack, Law and Enforcement Agencies have directed the important government officials and ministers of NWFP to arrange ceremonies or corner meetings within the boundary wall.
According to the sources, Law and Enforcement Agencies have mailed letters to all provincial governments to be aware of terrorists in disguise of Lawyers, beggars and participants.
In this respect, a meeting will be held in the supervision of DCO Peshawar. District Nazim and Naib Nazim, ACO, CCP and SSP Peshawar shall also attend the meeting. Keeping in view the possible attacks, ban on processions in Bazaars, corners and main roads and expansion in article 144 will be discussed in the meeting. However, Auqaf Hall and Shahi Bagh, Peshawar will be decided to be specified for such processions.—Agencies
