In his petition, Zafarullah has ruled out any similarity between the cases of slain Lebanese Prime Minister Rafiq Al-Hariri and Benazir Bhutto, saying that many international figures were found allegedly involved in Hariri murder that had made the grounds available for UN-led investigation.
The veteran lawyer termed seeking UN probe into Benazir assassination government’s no-trust over its own national institutions and bodies, expecting the apex court will stop any such investigation. Supreme Court likely to decided the petition fate in next few hours.
