HYDERABAD: Two persons, including an owner of
a communication company, were killed in two
separate incidents of robbery late last night
in Hyderabad.
In first incident, three armed men entered into
Zahid Communication Shop in Latifabad No. 7
in the jurisdiction of A-section police station
on pretext of ‘easy load’ and made
Aamir Hussain son of Abdul Hamid and his nephew
Zubair hostages at gunpoint and robbed cash
and mobile cards from them.
However, the armed men fired at Aamir Hussain
with pistol, which resulted in critical injuries
to him. He was taken first to Bhitai hospital
Latifabad and then referred to civil hospital
Hyderabad, where he succumbed to his injuries.
His body was taken to his home at Muslim Colony
in Latifabad.
The angry relatives and citizens came out on
roads on Thursday morning and held protest demonstration
at roundabout of Unit No 7 and 8 and blocked
the road by staging sit-in and burning tyres.
They demanded immediate arrest of involved robbers.
In another incident, a 25-year old Gul Khan
was shot dead by armed robbers when Gul Khan
offered resistance. His body was lying in morgue
of civil hospital Hyderabad. Police have not
filed any case of both murders.
