ISLAMABAD: A bank and five medical stores have been reduced to ashes, when fire enveloped a commercial plaza located in Blue Area here on Tuesday, while Fire brigade arrived at the scene soon and put out it and saved people, who being at fifth Floor were under threat.
Reports said that fire extended to another two plazas, but was controlled. People living in 5th Floor were taken out by plane. Though, a committee comprising five members has been designed to investigate the incident in detail and to report.
Sources in the area revealed that electric circuit shock resulted in the fire.
