ISLSAMABAD: Deputy Attorney General of Pakistan,
Afrad Sayab Khan, who had taken oath on 24th
April, keeping prevailing judiciary crisis in
his mind, has tendered resignation to government
here on Tuesday.
Though, he was promoted to participate in the
hearing of reference filed by President Pervez
Musharraf against Chief Justice Iftikhar Mohammad
Chaudhry to be held today.
Afrad Sayab Khan told media men that he his
conscience has inclined him to resign from his
post. While he had been promoted to defend the
government, but could not do so.
